Rule 75
Notice of Amendment
(1) A member who wishes to submit an amendment shall give notice of the amendment to the Secretary twenty-four hours before the day on which the proposal is to be considered. But with the permission of the speaker, the notice of amendment can be submitted at least one hour before the discussion on the proposal.
(2) If notice of amendment is received, one copy of each amendment shall be made available to the members.
